Filicumis is an old Mallorcan house built in 1828 and its located in the foothills of the Serra de Tramuntana about three miles from the nearest town, Lloseta.
The house is a typical Mallorcan finca with a central courtyard. You can also find an old “mill”, a place of interest since it is where the olive oil was formerly made. Filicumis ownership extends over 80 hectares of land where we find the typical Mediterranean landscape with almonds, olive trees and fig trees. The farm has a garden, ideal place of relaxation and tranquility as well as an orchard of orange and lemon trees. It also has a picnic area where you can barbecue and prepare delicious paella and eat with the family or with friends.
